We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Professional Piano Salesperson to join our team.

This role requires you to speak Mandarin and have a sales background, an interest in music, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect instrument.

You will be responsible for delivering expert advice, driving sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-up and support.

What we are looking for

  • Sales experience, preferably in musical instruments.
  • Mandarin language skills.
  • Ability to play piano at a beginner or intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative, customer-first sales approach.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate acoustic or digital pianos.
  • Demonstrate piano features and performance capabilities.
  • Gain knowledge of piano types including grand, upright, and digital, plus brands and features.
  • Stay current on piano brands, models, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation logistics with customers and service teams.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, music educators, and institutions.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and offer additional support.
  • Manage a personal prospect list of leads and past customers for future sales opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain detailed customer records.
  • Attend product training sessions and industry events as required.
